Peer support is there for everyone with HIV. Especially if you have just been diagnosed with HIV, a conversation with a peer can be very helpful. A peer lives with HIV themselves and has followed one or more training courses to guide you as best as possible.
Depressive feelings are common in people with HIV. ‘Positive living with HIV’ is an online self-help program that was created specifically for this. The goal of the program is to learn to cope better with having HIV and to improve your mood.
RESET is a workshop series for people with HIV to learn how to deal with stigma and self-stigma. The workshops were developed by hello gorgeous in collaboration with the Open University, Maastricht University and OLVG.
